The trouble football legend has found a new addiction -
tattoos - as he continues his battle with booze, visiting Bournemouth
Ink five days in a row
As he battles to overcome his alcohol addiction, soccer star Paul Gascoigne has a new obsession - tattoos.
The
troubled football legend has become a regular at a tattoo parlour near
his Bournemouth home, visiting five days in a row to get new inking on
his back and arms.
Gazza has spent so much time at Bournemouth Ink, staff now consider him "part of the family".
Manager
Jamie Austin told the Bournemouth Echo: "He’s been in for five days in a
row and become a part of the Bournemouth Ink family.
"For me he’s now a personal friend and he often brings in presents and signed stuff."
Gazza's recent tattoos have included a rose, his ex-wife Sheryl's name, a robin and a locket, Jamie said.
His
tattooist, identified on Twitter as Robbie Matthews, shared a picture
of him inking Gazza's arm while the star played harmonica in the chair.
Posting on the social media site, he wrote: "Doing what I do best. Top day. Top man."

Gazza, who has battled problems with alcohol and drugs since quitting the game, travelled to an American clinic in February for £100,000 rehab treatment paid for by celebrity friends.
He relapsed in July and was fined £1,000 after he admitted assaulting a security guard and being drunk on a train platform.
He was also pictured looking painfully thin after falling off the wagon and going on a massive booze bender last month.
But tattoo parlour manager Jamie claims Gazza has been happy and healthy recently, adding: "He’s really enjoying himself."
Gazza is currently 4/6 favourite to enter this year's I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here.
